After manufacture, transport, storage, greasy dirt and oxide performance on aluminum and iron workpieces procedured by die-casting, stamping, extrusion and etc. To promote the resistant of corrosion, result of decoration, life time and adhesion between workpiece and coating, integrate cleaning become absolutely necessary.
Three versions of pre-treatment can be shown on market -- spray, swimming, and dipping pretreatment. PYRAMIDS POWDER COATING uses dipping pretreatment for flexible quantity of production, with semi-automatic gantry crane combines all 11 procedures such as scald, pre-degreasing, degreasing, acid washing, surface treatment, chemical film, washing, pure water washing, drying. Degreasing and washing trough is equipped with ultrasonic facility, which can integrity apply to all kinds of geometry intricate workpieces. Achieving best finish performance by integrate cleaning is our ultimate goal.
